Casa Solana Yucatan is a quiet vacation oasis where guests come to relax and get away from the normal stresses of life. It is our goal to make your stay relaxing and peaceful so we have implemented a few policies to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Pool Rules:  Hours of Operation, 8am to 10pm.  Swim at your own risk.  Please shower before entering the pool especially if you are wearing tanning lotion or oil.  No glass on the pool deck please!

 

Lounge chairs, hammock chairs, hammocks and tables and chairs are shared and can be moved about the property.  Please make yourself comfortable.

The ocean front terrace is shared common area from 9am to 9pm and exclusively for the use of the Vista Del Mar apartment from 9pm to 9am.

There is a BBQ available for use in the common area.  You may purchase your own charcoal and lighter fluid or we can provide it to you for a small fee.

Please feel free to use whatever spices, sugar,  coffee etc. you find in the suite.

Air-conditioning is available upon request and charged separately.

The area is safe and you can wander about the community and the beach without worry. Please do lock up your valuables in your safe when you are not using them, keep the beach gate and front gate locked at night and lock up any beach/pool furniture either inside the gate or on the terrace at night.

Room safe: Each room is equipped with a small safe for your valuables.

Complimentary housekeeping service is provided once per week and additional cleanings are available for a nominal fee.  The service includes a general tidy, fresh linens and bath towels, bathroom wipe, dusting and sweeping/washing the floor.

Our apartments are non-smoking, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. 

Check-in is from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. and check out time is11:00am unless prior alternate arrangements are made.
